Our story

## Built Around One Family's Trades

LA Handyman Services is a family business in the truest sense. Alex Shanahan has spent 10+ years across bricklaying, plumbing, civil engineering, landscaping and steel fabrications. His son Liam started working alongside him at 14 and has since qualified as a plumber, bringing that expertise directly into the business. Another son, Ollie, is a newly qualified bricklayer who joins the team when needed.

We help homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial property owners who want repairs done once and done right. Our main focus is rental property maintenance contracts, giving landlords and agents one insured team to call, with emergency call-outs included.

Alongside contracts, we cover property maintenance, handyman jobs, bathroom fitting, plumbing repairs, brickwork and patios, driveways, fascias and gutters, garden maintenance and drain work.

We're based at Unit A, 32 Williton Road, Luton and cover Luton, Dunstable, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Harrow, Edgware, Hatfield, Hitchin.
